Our general policy on check-in and check-out times states that guests must check-in by 2.00 p.m. and check-out by 12.00 noon the next day. An early check-in and check-out can be arranged subject to availability. If you wish to confirm your early check-in or late check-out times charges will apply.
Yes you can!
All our resorts have laundry facilities available. You can have your laundry pressed, dry cleaned, washed and mended. Should you need to have your clothes laundered during your stay with us, speak to our team at the reception and it will be taken care of. Please note that laundry services are chargeable.
Sri Lanka is a tropical country and is a perfect holiday destination to visit all year round. The best time to travel to the southern coast would be between November – April, while the period between May – October is perfect if you’re planning on visiting the East Coast.
