How to claim

  1. Identify a lower price on a third-party website within 24 hours of booking directly with us.
  2. Capture full details of the lower rate with a screenshot or photo.
  3. Complete the claim form with your guest name, existing reservation details, contact number, and email address.
  4. Our team will validate your claim and contact you accordingly.

  1. Price Match is available during the room selection stage of the booking journey, before the reservation is completed and payment is made.
  2. It applies only to bookings made directly through www.amayaresorts.com.
  3. Once a booking is confirmed, Price Match will no longer apply. Any rate discrepancy identified after confirmation will be handled under Amaya Resorts & Spas’ Best Rate Guarantee policy.
  4. To qualify for Price Match, the third-party rate must:
    1. Be for the same Amaya resort, room type, stay dates, number of guests and rate plan.
    2. Have the same cancellation and refund conditions.
    3. Include the same meal plan, benefits and other inclusions.
    4. Be publicly available and bookable online at the time of comparison.
  5. Rates are compared against a selected range of third-party travel websites. The websites included may vary by resort, destination or market.
  6. Amaya Resorts & Spas does not guarantee that every third-party website or Online Travel Agency will be included in the comparison at all times.
  7. The availability of Price Match is subject to system connectivity, data accuracy and the visibility of third-party rates.
  8. Third-party rates are obtained from external platforms and may change without prior notice.
  9. Amaya Resorts & Spas is not responsible for discrepancies arising from delayed rate updates, currency conversions, rounding differences or third-party display errors.
  10. Price Match will be applied only when the lower eligible rate can be verified in real time during the booking process.
  11. Price Match is a pre-booking enhancement to Amaya Resorts & Spas’ Best Rate promise.
  12. If a lower eligible third-party rate is not identified during the booking process, guests may submit a claim under the Best Rate Guarantee, subject to its applicable terms and conditions.
  13. Amaya Resorts & Spas reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Price Match feature at any time without prior notice.
  14. All Price Match decisions made by the system are final at the time of booking.
